These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to your use of seoyredaccion.com and all games, pages and accounts on it (together, "Seoy Redaccion", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Who can use the website

  • You must be legally able to agree to these Terms.
  • You may only have one account, and it is for your personal, non-commercial use.

We may ask you to confirm your age and location at any time and may close accounts that don't meet these rules.

Free play: no real money

Seoy Redaccion is a free social games website. It does not offer real-money gambling. There is nothing to buy and no prizes of money or real-world value.
  • Virtual coins are given free (welcome coins, daily bonus and level bonuses). They have no cash value.
  • Coins can't be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn, exchanged for prizes or traded with other players.
  • Coins, XP and levels are a feature of our service and don't belong to you as property. We may adjust balances to fix errors or misuse.
  • Success in social games does not mean you will have success at real-money gambling.

Your account

  • You can play every game without an account. An account adds coins, levels, the daily bonus and recent games.
  • Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • If you sign up with Google, Google confirms your name and email address to us. We never see your Google password.
  • Tell us straight away through our contact form if you think someone else has used your account.

Our games

All games on Seoy Redaccion are made by our own studio and load from our servers inside the page. We work hard to keep them running smoothly, but we can't promise every game will always be available or free from errors. We may update, change or remove games at any time.

Game outcomes are generated by the game software for entertainment only and can't be influenced by us or by you outside normal play.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

The Seoy Redaccion name, logo, games, artwork, text, sounds and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them only to play on this website.

Availability and changes

We may change or suspend the website, any game or any feature, and we may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will show a notice on the website. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Our responsibility to you

The website is provided free of charge "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by interruptions, errors, loss of virtual coins or progress, or by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Closing an account

You can delete your account at any time from My account, which removes it from our server. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is held by someone under 18 or outside the UK. Virtual coins have no value and nothing is owed when an account is closed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, but if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
