Privacy Policy.
What we collect, why we collect it, how we keep it safe, and what you can do about it.
Last updated: 31 October 2026Who we are
This policy explains how Seoy Redaccion (seoyredaccion.com) collects and uses personal information when you visit the website, create an account or contact us. We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The data controller is , .
What we collect
- When you sign up with email: a username, your email address and a password. Your password is turned into a scrambled code (a one-way hash) before it is saved, so it is never stored as you typed it.
- When you sign up with Google: your verified email address, first name and Google account ID, checked by our server with Google. You choose your own username.
- While you use your account: your coin balance, XP, level, the games you've opened recently, the time of your last daily bonus, the date you joined, your last sign-in and a count of failed sign-in attempts (five wrong tries lock the account for 15 minutes).
- When you contact us: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
- Technical information: like every website, our server receives your IP address and browser details when pages load. We record the IP address next to sign-up, sign-in and account form submissions to protect accounts from misuse.
We never ask for or store card or bank details.
Where your information is kept
Your account is stored on our own web server as a protected file. These files can't be opened or downloaded from the web, and they are not shared with anyone. Signing in sets a strictly necessary session cookie so the server knows it's you while you browse.
Messages from the contact and Player Care forms are sent by our server to our support inbox through a secure email service, and a copy is kept in a protected log on our server so we can reply and check that the message arrived.
Form records: sign-up, sign-in, daily bonus and account changes are recorded in a protected log on our server (date, form, result, username, email and IP address). Passwords are never logged.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account, coins and levels (contract: providing the service you asked for).
- To check you are 18+ and in the UK (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
- To keep accounts secure and stop misuse (legitimate interests).
- To reply when you contact us (legitimate interests, and your consent on the contact form).
We don't sell your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- Account information: until you delete your account or ask us to.
- Contact messages: until your request is dealt with, then deleted within 12 months.
- Form and security logs: up to 12 months.
How we protect it
- All pages are served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- Every form is processed on our server, never in your browser, and stored data is never shown on any public page.
- Passwords are hashed with PHP's built-in password hashing.
- Account and log folders are blocked from web access.
- Session cookies are marked HttpOnly and SameSite so other websites can't read or misuse them.
Other services
- Google Sign-In, only if you choose to use it. Google's own privacy policy applies to your Google account.
- Our email provider, which delivers messages from our forms to our support inbox.
- Our games load from our own servers inside the page and may use your browser's storage to remember game settings.
Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no font provider receives your details.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your information, or object to or restrict how we use it. You can delete your account yourself at any time from My account, which removes it from our server. For anything else, contact us through our contact form or by email at .
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
The website is only for adults aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
